While we take great care in delivering high-quality fashion, we understand that sometimes fit, fabric, or style may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
You must submit your return or exchange request on our website within 7 working days of receiving your package.
EXCHANGE
We gladly offer exchanges on all items except intimate wear (such as swimwear and lingerie), which must have their original tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Only one exchange/return is allowed per order.

Approved exchanges will be issued as Store Credit (Gift Card) valid for 13 months.

Items purchased using a Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Items failing quality checks (QC) will be rejected and returned to the customer.
RETURN
Prefer a return? No worries! You’ll receive Store Credit (Gift Card) valid for 13 months, so you can shop something else you love.
EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCESS

Enter your Order Number and Registered Email/Phone.

View all eligible items, choose the reason for return/exchange, upload images (if required), and select Store Credit as your refund method.

Defective or incorrect items must be accompanied by relevant images.

Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, your item will be picked up in 1–3 working days.

Please take a photo or video while handing over the item to the delivery agent as proof.

Only hand over the item that the courier has come to collect. We are not responsible for unaccounted items.

A reverse pickup charge of ₹100 is applicable and deducted from your store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the parcel, you must inform us within 3 days. As per updated courier policies across India, no claims can be accepted after 72 hours from the marked delivery time.

Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Products without tag provision (like fabrics) can be returned without tags.

Secure packaging is essential to prevent damage or loss in transit.

Include the shipping label inside your return package.
